Attendance Policy

Daily attendance in school is compulsory. 85% attendance is essentials for promotion to next higher class.

No leave (for more than two days) is granted except on prior application from parents / guardians for genuine reason. 

In case of sickness a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner has to be submitted. 

Leave for non-medical reason will be accepted by written application from Parents / Guardians in the prescribed form. "Leave record" in the Diary and the reason must be acceptable. 

Repeated absence without leave or unexplained leave for six consecutive days render a student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. 

Students must not leave the school during working hours without the consent of the President or the Principal. 

It is compulsory for a student to attend the school when school reopens, after holidays/vacation and on the closing day of each holiday/vacation
